Shipping:

Shipping is by UPS not USPS and is quoted during checkout. Please be advised that the Priority Mail Option is for UPS Ground and the Priority Mail Express option is for UPS 3 Day Select. We also ship Internationally but please contact us before international purchases to get a cost on shipping. Orders received by 3pm EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 3pm will ship the following day. The exception to the shipping policy is for custom orders. Custom orders have a 1 week lead time and will ship upon receipt of your custom parts.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping with the exception of custom orders. Custom orders that have already been processed may not be cancelled. All cancelled orders will be subject to any card processing fees charged at the time of purchase. These fees are charged by our third party anytime a customer makes a purchase on our website and we have no way to refund this amount. Refunds can take up to 10 days to be credited back to you depending on your bank. Please understand that our cold air intakes are a custom one piece made with aluminum and while we here at CPG Performance strive to send out all of our cold air intakes without any flaws, it's possible that there may be minor imperfections on the intake piping upon receiving. This is due to the fact that we chose to use a soft aluminum for weight savings and in return, we highly polish the piping to a mirror like shine which is prone to scratching easily. In the instance that this happens, scratches can easily be sanded, buffed out and shined again. This can also be remedied by choosing to have your intake piping custom powder coated in which it adds a protective coating over the aluminum.
